All Purpose Pilz. We did it! We made a lager! Polish-inspired pilsner. Very crisp, Pronounced hop bitterness. 4.2% ABV. 16oz pour.

Earthbound Blonde. Our flagship blonde has a beguiling aroma thanks to cardamom and telicherry black pepper and a refreshing, crisp finish thanks to black tea added at the end of the boil. 4.5% ABV. 16oz pour.

Welly Boot Up! This is the Kiwi version of last year’s Pink Boots strawberry cream ale. Brewed with flaked corn, lactose, lime zest and kiwis! 6.3% ABV. 16oz pour.

Cinco Lager. We made a lager for Cinco using masa we purchased from just down the street! Its a corn lager, what more can we say? 4% ABV. 16oz pour.

Sour Cherry IPA. Kettle-soured NEIPA style brewed with flaked oats, white wheat, mahlab, cherries and almond. Plus we dry-hopped with Motueka! Its sour and spice and everything nice! 6% ABV. 12oz pour.

Meteor IPA. Flagship IPA from the brewery least likely to have one. This is a 90s style west coast IPA. Has a slight caramel coloring. We dry hop with el dorado. 5.1% ABV. 16oz pour.

Irish Red. Our best selling beer. Traditional, malty, crisp mineral finish. 5.1% ABV. 16oz pour.

Ozark Milkshake IPA. This hazy IPA is made with a ton of el dorado hops, tangerine, oats, white wheat and lactose. Smooth, silky and delicious! We used to make this with cedar, but the government said no. Boo the government. 7% ABV. 12oz pour.

Coconut Dark Mild. Rob Thomas would describe this 3.7% British style ale brewed with blackstrap molasses and flaked coconut as- “And if you said this life ain’t good enough. I would give my world to lift you up. I could change my life to better suit your mood. Because you’re so smooth. And it’s just like the ocean under the moon. Oh, it’s the same as the emotion that I get from you. You got the kind of lovin’ that can be so smooth, yeah. Give me your heart, make it real, or else forget about it” 3.7% ABV. 16oz pour.

Fuzzy Pickles. This gose is dry-hopped with sorachi ace hops, a hop varietal that smells like dill and lemongrass. Try it, you’ll like it! 6% ABV. 16oz pour.

Cookie Brown. Basically it’s an oatmeal raisin cookie in liquid form. Brewed with flaked oats, caramel malt lactose, raisins, cinnamon, fenugreek and vanilla. Danielle’s signature beer. 4.7% ABV. 16oz pour.

Ruby Gruit. Ruby colored gruit filtered through cedar branches and bittered with birch bark. This was an experimental recipe from Rebecca. The birch bark is very distinctive and the malt bill is a classic wee heavy, with lots of caramel and toffee on the nose and a brilliant ruby color. Well done! 5.5% ABV. 16oz pour.

Peach Wit. Movin’ to the country. Gonna eat a lot of peaches. Movin’ to the country. Gonna eat me a lot of peaches. Movin’ to the country. Gonna eat a lot of peaches. Movin’ to the country. I’m gonna eat a lot of peaches. 5% ABV. 16oz pour.
