All Purpose Pilz. We did it! We made a lager! Polish-inspired pilsner (AKA we use polish hops lubelski and marynka) Very crisp, with pronounced hop bitterness. 4.2% ABV. 16oz pour.
Meteor IPA. Flagship IPA from the brewery least likely to have one. This is a 90s style west coast IPA: hop-forward, with a clean fermentation profile, dryish finish, and clean, supporting malt allowing a creative range of hop character to shine through. We dry hop with el dorado and strata. 5.1% ABV. 16oz pour.
Irish Red. Our best selling beer. An easy-drinking pint, with subtle flavors. Slightly malty in the balance with an initial soft toffee/caramel sweetness, a slightly grainy-biscuity palate, and a touch of mineral-like dryness in the finish. 5% ABV. 16oz pour.
EB Blonde. This refreshing blonde ale is an unexpected fusion of delicate spice and aromatic intrigue. The malt-forward base provides a smooth, lightly biscuity canvas that lets the bold additions shine. Infused with the fragrant warmth of cardamom, it delivers a soft, citrusy sweetness that dances alongside the earthy, brisk notes of black tea. The finish is gently enlivened by the subtle heat and complexity of tellicherry pepper, adding a savory, almost floral peppercorn kick that lingers just enough to invite another sip. Light in body but full in flavor, this brew offers a sophisticated twist on a classic style, perfect for those who appreciate nuanced, spice-forward ales with a refreshing finish. Midnite Mass. We know it’s a little early for XMAS, but YOLO. Rich and robust coffee stout that blends the deep, roasted flavors of premium coffee beans with the smooth, velvety profile of oats and chocolate malt. 6% ABV. 12oz pour.
Cookie Brown. Danielle’s first recipe! This semi-dry brown ale has all the flavor markers of a delicious oatmeal cookie. Brewed with oats, cinnamon, raisins, fenugreek and vanilla! 6% ABV. 16oz pour.
Pecan Chicory Stout. Medium bodied American stout brewed with chicory and roasted pecans, which give this beer deep, smooth and buttery notes. 6% ABV. 16oz pour.
Space Dream. This medium bodied braggot (barley and honey beverage) is brewed with local honey from Jubilee Beekeeping, apple cider and chai spices. Autumn aesthetic in a glass y’all! 7.4% ABV. 12oz pour.
NZ Pilsner. A golden colored, dryish lager showcasing Nelson Sauvin New Zealand hops. Very refreshing due to the highly aromatic hops, which give off notes of gooseberries and white wine. It’s sweet as, bro! Chur! 5.6% ABV. 16oz pour.
South Island NEIPA. Soft bodied with a smooth mouthfeel thanks to the large doses of malted oats and wheat used in brewing this little hazer. Dry hopped with Nectaron for big peachy, stonefruit, citrus aromatics! 5.5% BV. 12oz goblet.
