All Purpose Pilz. We did it! We made a lager! Polish-inspired pilsner (AKA we use polish hops (lubelski and marynka) Very crisp, Pronounced hop bitterness. 4.2% ABV. 16oz pour.

Earthbound Blonde. Our flagship blonde has a beguiling aroma thanks to cardamom and telicherry black pepper and a refreshing, crisp finish thanks to black tea added at the end of the boil. 4.5% ABV. 16oz pour.

Meteor IPA. Flagship IPA from the brewery least likely to have one. This is a 90s style west coast IPA: hop-forward, with a clean fermentation profile, dryish finish, and clean, supporting malt allowing a creative range of hop character to shine through. We dry hop with el dorado and strata. 5.1% ABV. 16oz pour.

Irish Red. Our best selling beer. An easy-drinking pint, with subtle flavors. Slightly malty in the balance with an initial soft toffee/caramel sweetness, a slightly grainy-biscuity palate, and a touch of mineral-like dryness in the finish. 5% ABV. 16oz pour.

South Island NEIPA.  Soft bodied with a smooth mouthfeel thanks to the large doses of malted oats and wheat used in brewing this little hazer. Dry hopped with Nectaron for big peachy, stonefruit, citrus aromatics! 5.5% BV. 12oz goblet.

Interstate Cowboy. Kettle soured cherry limeade gose made with salt, coriander, lime zest, lactose, and cherries. DUUUUUDE! Eat your heart out Sonic Route 44 lovers! 5.5% ABV. 12oz pour.

Dare to Dream. Refreshing cream ale brewed with cucumber, black lime, and tellicherry pepper! Brewed in collaboration w/ The ExBeerience for Juneteenth. We will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation. 5.3% ABV.

Out & About. Danielle brews this beer for Pride month! Hibiscus, lavender and wildflower honey make this beer a true delight! A dollar from every pint goes to Food Outreach! 6.5% ABV. 12oz pour.

Blood Dream. Spring variant of our braggot style series, this beer incorporates wildflower honey, thai basil, lime, and sweet watermelon into a real patio crusher! 7.2% ABV. 12oz pour.

Dead Druid King. It’s back the king of weird beers! Based on Bavarian tomb findings from 800BC, this dark wheat beer is bittered with oak leaves instead of hops. Complex, slightly sour, and aged on French oak spirals. We haven’t brewed this beer since 2019! 8.5% ABV. 12oz pour.

Allstars Breakfast Stout. Big ‘ol coffee stout collab w/ Black Lion Brewery. 9% ABV. CANS ONLY.
