Earthbound Blonde. Our flagship blonde has a beguiling aroma thanks to cardamom and telicherry black pepper and a refreshing, crisp finish thanks to black tea added at the end of the boil. 4.5% ABV. 16oz pour.
Open Source Brown. This dry, light brown ale is brewed with Belma hops, which provide strawberry and orange cream aromas. 5.3% ABV. 16oz pour.
AIPA. This copper-colored IPA is aggressively hopped and dry-hopped with Loral hops, which give the beer a unique floral and herbal aroma. 7.4% ABV. 12oz pour.
Doing it Extreme IPA. This EXTREME IPA is made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, orange peels and coriander. DO IT EXTREME and drink this beer! 6.0% ABV. 16oz pour.
Ginger Yarrow Gruit. Our original gruit! This beguiling golden beverage is made with ginger, yarrow and chili piquin, and entirely without hops. 7.2% ABV. 12oz pour.
Meteor IPA. Flagship IPA from the brewery least likely to have one. 5.1% ABV. 16oz pour..
The Luminary Counterlager. This sessionable Belgian amber ale was brewed with masa (Mexican corn flour) in collaboration with The Luminary as part of their Counterpublic triennial. Much like art, it subverts expectations. 4.2% ABV. 16oz pour.
Six Dollar Beers
Precocious Cowboy. Gose brewed with apricot, lots of springtime jammitude in this tart bevvy. 4.5% ABV. 12oz pour.
Fuzzy Pickles. This gose is dry-hopped with sorachi ace hops, a hop varietal that smells like dill and lemongrass. Try it, you’ll like it! 6.0% ABV. 16oz pour.
Chicken and Waffles Blonde. This blonde ale is made with rye malt, smoked paprika and fenugreek (which smells like maple sytrup). A little bit of salt adds richness. Have it for breakfast! 5.8% ABV. 16oz pour.
Dead Druid King. It’s back! Based on Bavarian tomb findings from 800BC, this black wheat beer is bittered with oak leaves instead of hops. Complex and slightly sour, released only once a year. 7.0% ABV. 12oz pour.
Chinese 5 Spice Porter. Crisp, dry porter made with cinnamon, star anise, szechuan pepper, fennel and clove. 6.0% ABV. 16oz pour.
Ozark Milkshake IPA. This hazy, thick IPA is made with a ton of simcoe hops, cedar branches, oats, wheat and lactose. Smooth, silky and delicious! 6.9% ABV (lol). 12oz pour.
