- Dead Druid King – It’s back! Our annual gruit made with oak leaves instead of hops. It’s based off of 8th century BC tomb findings and beer nerds go apeshit for it so get in early. It’s sorta sour (but not in the acetic way, more of a tannic/chlorophyll way) and it’s a black wheat beer with a very slight smokiness. 7.5% ABV.
- Irish Red – A malt-forward Irish red brewed with melanoidin malt, which adds a nice herbal nose. 5.1% ABV
- Tart Rye Ale – Very dry copper colored rye ale, full of the grain’s characteristic tart and spicy notes. 5.2% ABV
- Mahlab ESB – Mahlab! It’s the pits of St. Lucie cherries! It makes this malt-forward beer smell like Turkish baked goods! Some dude on the internet claims it’s the worst beer he’s ever had! 5.2% ABV
- Open Source Brown – A dry brown ale with aromas of chocolate, strawberry and orange cream. 5.3% ABV
- Doing It Exreme IPA – Coriander and Orange peel adorn this exceptional hop-forward beer. 6.0% ABV
- Mint Eucalyptus IPA – Ryan, our first employee and now bar manager of both our venues, suggested this beer as a concept and it’s in regular rotation every summer. Great job, Ryan! 7.1% ABV
- Meteor IPA – This east coast-style IPA is floral and balanced with brown malt. 5.0% ABV
- Fuzzy Pickles – This gose is a bit tart and a bit salty. Sorachi Ace hops add a dill and lemongrass flavor. 6.0 ABV
- FTeaB Gose – Test run of a collab beer between ourselves and Teatopia for Fortune Teller Bar! Gose made with a cherry hibiscus tea blend. 5.7% ABV
- Cedar Gose – It’s a gose! Made with cedar branches in the mash! 4.5% ABV
- Belgian Cream Ale – It’s a cream ale! It’s light, there’s a lot of corn in it, which provides a distinct sweetness and a crisp finish, and the Belgian yeast gives it a banana and clove aroma. 4.5% ABV
- Splash Party Saison – This extremely summery beer is bright and has a pineapple-green apple acidity from a post-fermentation malic-acid addition because I read a single book about making wine like 7 years ago. 6.6% ABV
