Five Dollar Beers
AIPA. This copper-colored IPA is aggressively hopped and dry-hopped with Loral hops, which give the beer a unique floral and herbal aroma. 8.1% ABV. 12oz pour.
Cookie Brown. A recipe from Danielle, our pilot brewer! This brown ale has all the flavor markers of a delicious oatmeal cookie. 4.7% ABV. 16oz pour.
Session IPA. This low ABV baller is made with ashburne mild malt and dry-hopped with Ekuanot, an intensely aromatic hop that provides fruit and pepper notes. 4.5% ABV. 16oz pour.
Irish Stout. This classic Irish style is roasty, snappy and dry. Just like you like it. 6.0% ABV. 16oz pour.
Blonde. Our flagship blonde has a beguiling aroma thanks to cardamom and telicherry black pepper and a refreshing, crisp finish thanks to black tea added at the end of the boil. 4.5% ABV. 16oz pour.
Meteor IPA. Flagship IPA from the brewery least likely to have one. 5.1% ABV. 16oz pour..
Red IPA. A ruby-colored, full-bodied IPA made with lots of Simcoe hops, which provide pine and fruit aromas. 6.8% ABV. 12oz pour.
Six Dollar Beers
Lavender Braggot. This delicate charmer is made with pilsner malt, lavender and wildflower honey. 6.7% ABV. 12oz pour.
Evader in the Rye. How can you improve our Tax Evader double IPA? By re-forging it with lots of Rye and spicy British hops. 9.7% ABV. 12oz pour.
Pecan Chicory Stout. Inspired by Usher’s Love in this Club, this beer has a medium body (the rhythm section), miles deep bass notes from the chicory (the guy yelling HEY on the 1s and 3s) and a smooth, buttery top note from the toasted pecans (Usher’s incredible voice). Enjoy! 6.8% ABV. 16oz pour.
Floral White. A delightful witbier made made with orange peel, jasmine, elderflower and rosehips. 5.4% ABV. 12oz pour.
Horseradish Gruit. Just in time for St Patricks day! This hopless witbier is bittered with horseradish! Yes horseradish! Shut up and try it! Don’t be a coward! 5.7% ABV. 12oz pour.
Spruce Gruit. This beer is made from pilsner malt, spruce tips and our house yeast. 5.5% ABV. 16oz pour.
